This site is devoted mainly to the GNU / Linux operating system, and Red Hat Linux in particular. I've been using Linux at home since sometime in early 1998. I began with Red Hat Linux 5.1, faithfully upgrading as each new release became available.

Tux, as you may have gathered, is the Linux mascot. How that came to be is briefly covered at this site.
